First day at the Enduropale du Touquet

Having arrived at Le Touquet late last night, the Off the Tracks team is preparing articles for you in real time over the next few days!

For those less familiar with the term Touquet, aka the Enduropale du Touquet (called Enduro des sables the first year and Enduro du Touquet until 2005). It is a motorcycle race which has taken place every year since 1975 on the Côte d'Opale, precisely on the beaches of Le Touquet -Paris-Plage and Stella-Plage with a route of 13km and peaks of up to 170 km /h!

Today is Friday February 2, 2024, and here is the
48th edition of the Enduropale du Touquet Pas-de-Calais, the highlights of the day:

9am-11am: Red Bull Sand Session.
12 p.m.-12:30 p.m.: Press Day with all the favorites from the Enduropale du Touquet Pas-de-Calais.
2 p.m.-3 p.m.: THE Bernard Baudoux Vintage Enduro RACE (to follow live on Facebook @region_hautsdefrance and that of the Enduropale du Touquet)
6 p.m.: Signings by Benjamin Benéteau (designer of the poster) at the Palais des Congrès normally scheduled for 5 p.m. then postponed.
6 p.m.: Official presentation of the 48th edition at the Palais des Congrès (to follow live on the Enduropale Facebook page)
7 p.m.: Enduro Vintage Bernard Baudoux awards ceremony at the Palais des Congrès (to be followed live on the Enduropale du Touquet Facebook page)
